ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - act as liaison between the employer and the insurance carrier(s) in fielding group insurance
plan administrative issues i.e. premium billing, eligibility, coverage, contractual provisions, plan changes, additions/deletions, etc.
EMPLOYEE SERVICING - act as liaison between the employee(s) and the insurance carrier in fielding inquiries with regard to eligibility, benefit levels, coverage, claims issues, etc.

as it removes the employer from involvement in specific employee/dependent personal health issues. In this day and age of Protected Health Information (PHI) as set forth by Federal Regulation, HIPPA, it is very important for employers to be able to refer employees to a partner that is recognized as one that is authorized to handle and discuss PHI.
LEGISLATIVE - keep employer groups abreast of state/national group insurance legislative changes and work to ensure the integrity of group plans affected by changes in legislation.
